QAAWS Error (createDataProvider Exception)

Hi gurus

I am facing a problem while creating a QAAWS

when I build a query in QAAWS and press next button it show me an error i.e.

createDataProvider exception(Error : WIS 00028)

You must specify a value for keydate Parameter.(Error : WIS 00028)

I try to create this QAAWS from a universe based on a BI Query

In BI query i used 0calday as filter.

can any one help me

Now I changed my SAP default variable to custom variable and it works fine

Put the 0calday as a filter(prompt) in the qaaws and make it optional, and see if u are still getting the error.

Hi,

As this must be a BEx Query, which is having Timedependent Data coming from it, there are two options for you, go to BEx Query Desinged , properties tab, See that if the key date is really required , if not remove it, or else , crete a Propmt in your report, which passes Data in same format as coming from BEx.
