Not able to see IsDragHandle property in UI element image

Hi experts,

I am using UI element IMAGE for drag and drop functionality.But i am not able see the property IsDragHandle in properties of IMAGE.

Please help me on this issue.

If I'm not wrong this property is available from SAP NetWeaver 7.0 EHP 1.

I am using Netweaver 7.0,No EHP.
