Sales Order Pricing Issue

Dear All,

How can i stop the sales order from being processes if the selling price of the product is not mantained.

i have made the selling price condition mandatory.

Dear Mohammed,

Please check the options of incompletion log for pricing.

Maintain the following settings

Pricing condition to be specified as Mandatory in the pricing procedure (Transaction code V/08).

In the incompletion log settings (OVA2) you should have the field VBAP-PRSOK.

W'd like to add one important point..

There are two options available during Sales Order processing wrt maintaining pricing for the product code:

1. A warning message can be displayed if the price is not maintained for the product code and the order can still be saved with incompletion. But the real issue will be at the time of posting a Financial accounting document as the system will not find a price for the product code.

2. A hard stop ..meaning Sales order wont be saved incase of no price.

In pricing procedure (V/08) maintain selling price condition type as a u2018Requiredu2019 and refer below mentioned Path to maintain Incompleteness Procedure.

SAP IMG- SD- Basic Function- Log of Incomplete Items- Define Procedure Incompleteness Procedure.( Define it for Sales u2013 Item (B)- Std items- and maintain Table name & Filed name with necessary setting)

SAP IMG- SD- Basic Function- Log of Incomplete Items- Assign Procedure Incompleteness Procedure. (Assign Procedures to S Document types)

Hi,

make the selling price condition mandatory in the pricing procedure in v/08 (or) add the particular field in the incompletion procedure assigned for your document type .
