Hi All,
We are Extended classin scenarion 7.0, right we have issue like one of employee left the organization and in po over view in receipinet name his/her name is not showing and when using admin right when we try to change recipient name to another employee we are facing said error "address of partner function missing ".
Could any body help me how to rectify that.

1) Try checking the Address of both the Users ,the one who has left the organization and of the admin User in transaction BP
2) Try executing this report using PO option BBP_CHECK_CONSISTENCY ,if you get any info from this.
3) We have some restrictions , for which we have developed a custom program to change the requistioner on PO ,so that new user can do a GR.
Pls explain more about your scenario ecs or cs and further inputs may encourage people to answer.

Can you try readding old user where it was in your organization and then change PO requester again. I think SRM will not let you change PO's related with detached users.

Does the replaced employee has the BP# generated in PPOMA? Are you using HR Org ALE into SRM org structure?
