i have created a quality certificate but in the header data of certificate

the po no and delivery date and no are not fetched

i get the certificate form t code QC21 From the inspection lot

i am not able to get certificate from t code QC20

any difference between these t code

pls help

Has delivery number generated?

Has inspection lot generated?

as such

difference is

QC20 Certificates for Deliveries

QC21 Quality certificate for the insp.lot

QC22 Quality Certificate for Batch

Sir,

Delivery number has generated after VA01N transaction and also inspection lot also generated, from inspection lot number only i got the certificate but some data in the header is missing

and also i am not able to generate certificate from delivery QC20 ..any special setting is required for this??

pls help me to fix it

Any chance you changed the COA program? If you did, QC20, 21 and 22 won't work anymore. You have to create custom Z transactions to now work with you custom COA program.

what is the COA program

Better you not know!!

Just look at the programs behind the transactions.

Check the std certificate profile.Its the origin.Use std one & check

by the way

COA is (Certificate For Analysis)
