How can i restrict the deletion of delivery note to only one user.

Use the Object M_MSEG_BWA which relates to Movement Type and create a role in PFCG accordingly. You can restrict with this object whether to create, change or display.

Hi Mohammed,

Only authorization object V_LIKP_VST based on shipping point is available.

If you want to have an authority check on delivery type you have to

create your own authorization object..

You can insert the authority check in the user

exit MV50AFZ1.

Transaction VL02N/VL03N: USEREXIT_READ_DOCUMENT

Transaction VL01N/VL01NO/VL10*/VL04: USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_LIKP

Hi

Search the proper object for your purposes with tcode SU24. Do the selection for tcode VL02N and do the settings in tcode PFCG.

Dear Mohammed,

You will have to find the authorization object of the transaction and then limit the same for the specific user.

Please get the help of a BASIS person in your team for this requirement.
