Message no attachment in a test package (STWB_WORK)

Hi,

When a create a message in a test package, related a error, the message no attachment in this test case.

The message is create but not attachment a test case.

The system does not respond or a short dump occurs in certain situations.

Hello Jansi,

Follow example of erro:

1 - The first step is to do the test on transaction STWB_WORK.

2 - The second step is to update status of teste when is a erro.

3 - In this case the message must to create but the user open it and the system doesn`t display it.

4 - The mensage too not appear on this test case.

But, when the user access the transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR the system display the mensage.

Hi Elisabete,

As you probably know a Supportdesk message consists of two messages The ABA(basis) message and the CRM-Message.

The assignment of the messages to the tabs in SOLAR01/02, RRMAIN and STWB_* transactions is determined by the ABA(basis) message.

The most common reason why messages are not displayed in STWB_WORK is that the BASIS(ABA) message is missing. The reason for the could be that the ABA Message is not created at all by missing customizing or that the number range for the BASIS Message has been reset.

Please run the report: AI_SDK_CUSTOMIZING_LISTING from transaction SE38 and check the output of the report, it'll give you an overview of your customizing.

As a suggestion, check if the Status profile NOTIF is assigned, in this case it needs to be removed in DNO_CUST01.

To do this:

1. Please start transaction DNO_CUST01.

2. Here select SLF1 and enter into

3. Change to edit mode and press the 'Details' button (or Menu: Goto-

Details)

4. in the next screen please remove 'NOTIF' at field status profile

(it should be blank afterwards) and save the new setting.

Hi,

check if the message was created anyway.

When you create a message inside the tests or the projects, the system will create it normally through notif_create and then it will assign it's number to the structure of the project/test.

If in your case, the message is being created anyway, it means the problem is in the assign method, that assigns the message to the structure. Otherwise, the problem is during it's creation.

Hi Fabriucius,

I followed your useful suggestions but we are still having this issue.

We are on Solman 7.01 sp 27 SAPKITL437.

Message is created successfully but it is not assigned to the project or test.

Do you have any ideas of how to check this? Any table?
