Increase width of "Approval note" size in standard WD application

Hello Gurus,

We have a requirement in SRM shopping cart, We should increase the size of the "Approval Note" in standard web dynpro application. Application Name is "/SAPSRM/WDC_UI_SC_DOFC_HD". How can we increase the width of this "Approval Note"?

We have a custom "Component Configuration" for this standard application. and We tried to change the properties of the "Approval note" in custom component configuration but It's not reflecting any changes in Portal.

Could anyone please suggest solutions?

Hi Shyam,

Try changing "/SAPSRM/WDC_DO_APPR_NOTE" WD ABAP component in SRM. Here you have view name "V_DODC_MAIN_VIEW" where you can change the width of the approval text box.

We created new custom component configuration for the "Approval note" and we can able to increase the size of the "TEXTEDIT" field in WD.
