I created an extension field, but it only has one line. Actually, what I need is a bigger extension. In CLM we have a Description field, which is bigger. I would like to create a similar field. How can I do it?
Vikram is correct in that the UI will only support one small box for standard text fields or the huge box for full text fields, and the multi-line standard text box (e.g. in the Description field) is not something we can add as an extension. The good news is that the content of the standard text fields can still match the description field's 256 character capacity. So operationally you get what you want, but the UI isn't as pretty as it could be.
