EDI orders troubleshooting

Hi,

We have setup EDI customer. When creating orders, IDOC are failing(starus = 51).

Can someone please tell me the general/specific trouble shooting steps when idoc fails to create orders in sap?

Does it has anything to do with user exits?

The program SDJEDI (should be on your system) is very useful for analysing these errors
