Sold to party value not coming via Get Parametr id

Hi,

The value for Get parameter id 'VAG' is not coming for Sold to party in VA01.

I have tried using hold data in User Profile, it works fine. But the customer is call center personnel they cant do the seetings on their own...they want the code to be implemented..Any wayout for this problem?

Hi,

Have you maintained is user master

SU01 >> put user and click on change

Then go to PARAMETERS tab and maintain VAG - 12345 your customer

Hi Kapil,

this way it will set the properties for the User name not the Customer.
