Unable to execute function 'OBSOLETE' successfully in Workflow

Hi Experts,

I have a workflow decision step with deadline monitoring that will have a step outcome Process Obsolete when deadline will be reached when there is no action by user.

However, when the decision step was reached it's deadline, decision step encounter error "Unable to execute function 'OBSOLETE' successfully" . Area: SWF_RUN Message: 592. And the decision step does not return step outcome as Processing obsolete and decision step is still in ready status but the workflow continue to the next step.

Do you have any idea why I encounter this error?
