Hi folks,
The EWA report is not generated correctly. The database data are not populated.
I checked and the rfcoscol is active and ccms is configurated.
Is there another configuration I need to perform to get the database data?
Tks a lot,
Re
Hello,
If you are having issues in EWA reports for a systems using DB2 for z/OS database and you are using ST-SER 701_2010_1 w/o SP then you need to look at SAP Note 1455926 - ST-SER 701_2010_1: Various Bugfixes for DB2 for z/OS, as this could be your problem. If this does not apply, you have already verified the collector is fine, so it could be that the SDCC/SDCCN task is encountering errorsobtaining the data for transporting to the service session, so these logs should also be reviewed as Daniel mentioned.

Paul

Hi Re,
Please open the EWA session in transaction DSA using the session number.
Check if under the database sections you find the information which is missing.
If you don't, check in the SDCCN of the managed system if there are issues in data collection, check the results from the RTCCTOOL and if the information is available in DB transactions.
This should give a direction to investigate the problem.
Regards,
Daniel.

Hello,
You must run transaction solman_setup and finish all the activities, including the Managed System Configuration for all the managed systems you want to have data for E2E.
