certificate profile not found...

Hi

I want to create certificate of Analysis for deliveries

What I did is

1. QC01 - assign the characteristic -- MIC, origin of result -inspection; no

specification - inspection lot origin 04

2. QC - material, customer and profile assigned

3. VV21 - customer - SH/SP

4. VL02n - Delivery created

5- QC20 - create certificate for deliverie

I was getting message "No message for initial processing exist ''

what is wrong or Am I missing some thing

But I am able to see the certificate for inspection lot-qc21 but not able to

generate from transaction QC20.
