Hello experts,
We use Service Desk functionality in Solution Manager.
We copied SLF1 to ZLF1 (and also surely SLFN to ZLFN) to make some customization in ZLF1 message. When we send service desk messages from SAP ERP2005 systems - we receive ZLF1 tickets in Solution Manager. But when we send messages from SAP R/3 4.6C system - we get SLF1. What could be the reason for this?

I think your issue is addressed in note 1145514 and 1480174 and the corresponding support packages. Please read these notes; note 1480174 specifically addresses R/3 4.6C in this scenario.
