User Master export terminated with error

Hi Experts,

When I am trying to take user master export; after some time is ends with error 'Communication error, CPIC return code 017, SAP return code 672'

When I check the transport log it has the error

The system is an EHP4 ERP6 system and oracle version is 11.2.0.2

Could you please advise how can we correct this error

Do you have latest R3trans anp tp on your system ? Do you have latest Opatch installed for your database ?
