You can use the User Information System (T-code SUIM) to obtain an overview of the authorizations and users in your SAP system

at any time using search criteria that you define. In particular, you can display lists of users to whom authorizations classified as

critical are assigned.

User id information T- code SUIM ( user profile details what are the change you did past)

User access t-code u2013 ST03 ( With this you can check what are T-code are executed last year)

Hi,

you can look in table USR02 in se11, there one filed TRDAT is the last logon date

(with tcode- se16 for ex)

or you can run report RSUSR200 (with TX se38)

but with this reports you will see only which users was or was not in the

system. you can not see if they have had low activity, or statistics from this.

Hi Jitendra,

There is one other way also from which u can see the details.

You can use STAT and STAD for last three days of working and st03 for

whole summarized total work perform by any user.
