System Monitoring - system status remains red

All,

Within the system monitoring, the system status remains red (system not available), even if the affected managed system is available again.

I expect it to be green again as soon the managed system is restarted or back available.

Please advice.

Hi,

please do Reset of monitoring segment on RZ21, ( Technical Infrastructure ->Topology in Local Segments need to Reset segment to Warmup status or select the node and change mode there you can see the icon Reset segment to Warmup status)

Check and update

Hi Jansi,

I checked RZ21 -> Technical Infrastructure -> Display Topology -> Local Segments tab.

There I only see my SAP Solution Manager system. Segmet status = ONLINE.

I go to change mode and press the button reset Segment in "WARMUP" status.

Next, I go back to my System Monitoring workcenter and hit the refresh button.

System is still in red status...

I just checked the agent connectivity and there seems to be something wrong because the agent status is SHUTDOWN.

Let me investigate further and come back to you as soon that problem is solved.

Hi Dimitri,

Check in RZ20 if the tree is properly created, there should not be at the same time the 2 types of nodes:

"pas1sbox_SID_00:Java" and J2EE7403120"
