Truck symbol disappear in STMS_IMPORT queue

Hi,

We have strange issue we are unable to import any of the transports to our quality system as the truck symbol has been disappeared in STMS_IMPOR queue in quality system,it was working fine till two days back..today when I tired to import a request to quality system i could not find the symbol

Not sure what had happed,Iama ble to see the truck symbol in Developemnt/Staging but not the quality server,all the connection are working fine,tired to search for relavent notes but could not suceed to get a proper solution

Hi,

Please check if there is any request in the quality queue without target client. If such request is there then assign target client to it then you will be able to see truck button.

Hi uday,

This error is due to absence of target client to the request.

first select the request from stms_import tcode then go for request tab select target client->set( set the required target client)

Issue will solve,you can see the truck symbol.

You are right target client has not been set for those transports which I was trying to import,after setting that issue has been resolved
