How to can be installed JAVA Add-In on SAP NW 7.30?

I can`t find "Instal JAVA Add-In" menu item in SAPINST

Hi,

Both the comments above are correct. You cannot install dual stack systems other than for those mentioned above.

However, you can install separate 7.3 ABAP and JAVA systems and then connect them together. For that, you will need to change the UME datasource in AS Java from Java database to ABAP database of the ABAP system that you installed.

Other connectivity tasks will depend on requirement.

Hi Evgenij,

As already stated, the Java Add-in option has been discontinued since Netweaver 7.00 SR2 release.

Further, double stack (ABAP+Java) installation is recommended only for PI and Solution Manager usages.

As far as I know, Java Add-In is no longer supported.
