SC Creator not receiving WF items when Shop on behalf

Dear Gurus

Case:

-Process Controlled WF.

-Approval with completion.

-Using Standard: SC_RR_PURCHASING_GROUP.

User creating a SC on behalf of another user. When purchaser determined

on the approval with completion level press Inquire: SC is sent to the

shop on behalf user instead of the SC creator.

Is this standard? Any advice of how to change the behaviour.

Steps for Reconstruction

User creates a SC on behalf.

SC sent to a purchaser determined by SC_RR_PURCHASING_GROUP. (Approval

with completion)

Purchaser press inquire.

Item for adjusting is sent to shop on behalf user instead of the SC

creator.

Hello,

There is consulting note 1045171.

In this case, document owner is switched from requester to creator.

Henceforth the EDIT button is made available to the creator of the cart, for those who wish to change the standard behavior, as this is a consulting note.

Hi,

Yes - This is standard, the reason is , when the stuff creator a SC for manager ( BOBO ) , system automatically update the partner function value 16 and 20 to BOBO.. the approver and requestor (PF 16) will then involve all the activities of the SC.. I remember SAP has resently release a OSS note to handle this issue..( sorry i dont remember the note number.. try in service market place to find the OSS note ) i'll also let you know if i find

Hi,

The note that Ricardo suggested is correct one 1045171, SAP has released this note for rejection scenario. But technically inquire and rejection features are working same way .. the only difference is , if the approver choose inquire option then system will not restart the workflow whereas rejection then workflow will restart once the requestor modify the SC..
