Hi All,
In APO ,Master data CIFed from R3 is assigned to active model and active version. Similarly ,does transaction data transferred from R3 to APO have any model related to it.
In case if I transfer a PO from R3 to APO, does it get associated to any model.
Regards
Arun
Hi Arun,
Model--> Model will have alll the master data
Vesrion--> version will have copy of all master data of assigned model & transactional data
Active model & version is "000" & "000" respectively
under one model you can have many versions but out that only one can be active version. but master data for all the version would come from respective modle. it means master data will be remain common under one modle though version changes..
but you can plan whatever you want with inactive versions.
and again to transafer data from APO to R/3 is possible only from active version. Soyou have to redo it whatever you simulated in simulation version in to active version. then this will talk with R/3
R/3 can talk with APO only with active version & activel model.......
Now once you CIF master data (plant , material..etc) will be moved to active model"000"
& transactional data will be CIFed to active verion of that model..means CIFed to active version"000"
But if ou want to work with other inactive model & inactive version..
copy version to version--->use versio copy transaction
copy modle to model--> use /SAPAPO/MVM_SVC_CO_MOD_VERS & /SAPAPO/MVM_INT_SVC_CO_VER

Hi Arun,
Transaction Data is Version Dependant only and by default it goes to 000 version when you CIF from R3. It does not get assigned to any model.
