Logon language issue in SAP Portal

Hello,

We are using SAP Netweaver Portal 7.01 SP7, while logging into the Portal with the language selected (Eg. German) it is logging in with the default language - English instead of German. We are having more than 2000 users. Every users will logon different languages. We are already enabled for logon language, But users are not able to login with the language specified in the login screen. They are getting the page displayed in English(Default).

Every user having the default language is "Empty"

Hello,

If <portal>/useradmin is blank, it will get the browser settings otherelse you will get this language independent of browser settings.

If everything is fine clean your browser cache and check the results

Hi,

Empty means default language i.e. English. You have to specify language in user profile then it should work.

Hello Javier,

We have changed the respective settings and it is working fine with different languages. Kindly let us know for a permanent fix as every user cannot change the language settings on the Browser front as there are users who would log in with multiple languages.
