CATS Rejection mail to mutiple employees

Hi,

Here in cats , for the REJECTION notification mail to employee, work flow is not used.

Once the manager rejects the mail,it goes directly to the employee business inbox,here based on the communication infotype this is maintained,but later this mail has to go to the external address of the employee from the inbox.

Using SO13/SO36,autoforwarding the mail to the employee address,but this process has to be done one by one by logging into the user,instead is there any possibility of sending the mass mail to the external address of the respective employee.

Kindly suggest,any other possibility apart from workflow.

Instead of maintaing this Individually... create a LSMW or an upload program and do it for all the users at once.
