How i see/exchange parameters from DBSL. I'm interested of MAX_ARRAY_BUF_SIZE.

Exactly from thus note i start. I checked the parameter dbs/ora/array_buf_size and is set -1. From documentation

"The default value of the parameter is -1. This means that an internal system default value is used for the size of the array

buffer." how and where to find this "internal system default value".

If you read the note, it is written there that *65000 = 2 * 32500 is the default setting*
