You can assign one G/L Account at a Time with the Account Key but you can assign different G/L Accounts as per the Key Combination available in VKOA.

Dear Venkat,
Since the since the VKOA is already clarified by experts, the remaining part is about reports.
Please check with the business what sort of reports are the expecting.
Even though most of the standard reports covers everything, business always go for customized reports.
Hence please let us know the Input and Output for the 4 reports.

i am having 4 different process.
client want each process wise report
How are you differentiating this ?? By sales area ??? By document type ??? There are certain standard reports like
a) MCTA
b) MCTE
c) MC+E
d) MC+Q
which you can explore whether they meet your requirement.

Hi Venkat,
Please clarify on the reports your clinst wants to see. There are lots of reports available in standard sap.
For reporting purpose I dont think you need to do any setting in VKOA.
Let us know the exact reports your clients wish to see. Then we can help you more.
Regards,
SB.
