62: Scheduling: Master data inconsistent in MD04

Dear all experts,

I am new in PP. After i run MRP and i go to MD04 . Noticed that, 1 message is shown as below

62: Scheduling: Master data inconsistent

I have checked Routing and BOM and they are correct.

I am using ECC 6

Any solution on this issue?

Dear cijelew,

I dont think there is problem with configuration setting,but it's with

1. BOM validity date,BOM status.

2.Check if any change numbers are used with release key and ensure the release key is set.

3.Routing status,usage,validity and also

check if BOM selection method is value 2 or 3(production version--->so check whether production version has been created

properly,lot size,validity date,check where you have assigned the routing group and group counter whether is it against

detailed planning,rate based planning or rough cut planning).This routing assignment should be against the correct planning

level as per the configuraion setting made in OPU5,for the selection ID.

Check and revert.

Check OPU3 and OPU5 if scheduling parameters are maintiend correctly.

You can try to check in OPPQ. in Sell:rate plng and SellD:roughPlng.
