deletion of po not possible

Dear Gurus,

Here i need to delete the PO.but the person created and released were left

and their id's are blocked.how i can go further.

plz suggest

If persone left no problem,you can delete PO

check with your Basis person and ask person left Id and ask reset Password or you can delete it from your Id aslo ,ask basis person to give authority to delet Po if not

you can use his password now you can access this Id

now open PO in ME22n and check Po history tab for every item and check GRN adn Invoice happen or not

If not then good you can delete PO

IF GRn and Invoice happen,then frist cancell MIRo and then GRN and then delete Po

Hi,

If you have the appropriate authorisation to change the PO the same can be done irrespective of who has created or released. But the po should be complete in respect of GR & MIRO for the same quantity or no subsequent document created partially.

Hi Bhanu,

Is your user with access to transactions ME21N, ME22N, ME23N, ME28 and ME29N?

For the deleting of the PO you need only access to ME22N, but, better to have all these transactions.

Go to ME22N, select the item(s) and delete with the "bin" icon that is showed at item level.

Then, save the PO.

I forget to mention, if the PO has GR and IV, maybe you cannot delete the item.

You can check it at item detail, if you can see the tab "Purchase Order history", then, you can only active the box "Delivery complete" that is in the tab "Delivery".
