How to Clculate Sevice Tax on individual Condition type?

Dear Experts,

I am working on Real Estate Project. My client has requirement about Service Tax. Currently they are calculating service tax on Total Consideration (Total Value of Flat, which is include Basic PriceFloor RiceCar Parking+ Other Charges). Now they want to change Service Tax Calculation which is following presently. New requirement is Service tax calculation should be on individual condition type, like for Basic Price it should be different, for Parking Charges it should be different instead of Total Consideration.

I need your help how it can possible? What are the inputs is require to do this.

Define new service tax condition for basic price/parking ect and in pricing procedure, "from & to" give basic price number for basic price service tax and same for parking charges ect, so service tax will calcuate only on particular condition value.

Define new tax service condtions for basi price/ parking ects as BSTX / PRTX ect.

In pricing procedure

From To

10 PR00 - Basic price

20 PRKK - Parking changes

30

40

50 BSTX Basi se.tax 10

60 PRTX paks ser tax 20

Hi Ram,

What you explained that I understood. I need to define different tax condition based on condition type. I have one more concern If I have different service tax condition based on condition type. Then for the service tax calculation I need to define different condition type to calculate service tax. Which I have to define in VK11. If I am wrong kindly correct me.

If you want separte sericve tax differnt for each, you need to do that.. or do refernce conditions so that you no need to mainatin condition record for all. one origical condition is enough
