what are the content conversion parameters are required to convert that text to xml.

Make it simple recordset structure as below ...

Details
        ----------->District code
        ----------->Port code
        -----------> Name


Recordset structure   Details, *

Details.fieldSeparator  :
Details.endSeparator  'nl'
Details.fieldNames :  District code, Port code, Name
