Email sent but not logged in SOST

Hi,

I encountered something strange in my PRD system.

Our employees are receiving some email from the WF-BATCH and this entry is not logged in SOST.

All other emails that being sent are clearly shown in SOST.

My initial thought that the email was sent from another system, either Dev or Q.

But none of the system's SOST contain the log.

Could this be possible that email was sent from SAP but not logged in SOST?

Is there another log that I could refer to?

Hi,

From Sost tcode - Send status tab - Check for all the status.

Waiting,Errors,Sent,Transmitted. You can even click the further button and select the still not entered in queue/send date not yet reached options.

After selecting these statuses,refresh the SOST queue.

Yup, all the statuses have been selected.

Still it doesn't show the mail.
