I am trying to determine an 'out of the box' solution, as in no customization, to this problem. Part of my problem is that it's straddling SD and ISU.
On a piece of equipment, I can assign an SD Partner (which gets created from the reference IS-U BP). Now, I want to send some correspondence to that partner. The problem is, this guy has many addresses in ISU, and each piece of equipment may require the correspondence go to a different one of his addresses.
The SD customer inherits the ISU Standard address only.
We have thought of using Contact Partner but when it's assigned a relationship to a BP, that relationship doesn't follow into SD.
Any suggestions out there as to how this might be accomplished?
