Does anyone out there use Processes and Forms within SAP? How difficult is it to set up processes and forms? Does anyone else use some other bolt on type product for online actions?
Hi -
I have implemented various Adobe Interactive Forms. I have to say that it all depends on the process that you are trying to solve. SAP offers standard services to update OM and PA attributes, which makes some of the development easier. However, depending on the business requirement, some people can get carried away with workflow, authorizations and form design.
Some tips are:
1. Keep the workflow simple
2. Keep the fields on the form to a minimum
3. If the form starts to get out of control you may want to just look at building a web dynpro application!
Thanks,
Nick
