I read a lot of problems similar to mine but these didn't help me, that's why I'm here!
In my quality environment I tested the export (through SE38 -> z_sap_hierarchy_download) and the import (using 3.x Infosource) of my hierarchy. In QUALITY environment using file xxx.txt everything is perfect.
The problem arrives when I did a CR to PRODUCTION environment.
Transporting all the objects without any problem, when I start the reading procedure of the same xxx.txt file i get an error:
" BASIS TYPE ZSFB040 unknown "
This kind of error makes me unable to read and import my hierarchy.
In quality Environment everything gone right using RSINFO iDoc basis type.. why in my PRODUCTION uses ZSFB040?
Can someone help me?
