Missing Producer roles in consumer Portal

Hi Experts,

We have a FPN setup between EP (consumer) and BW Portal( Producer).

All of a sudden, the Producer roles are missing from the Consumer portal. And when I do a Full synchronization from Consumer again I can see the roles being seen in consumer.

Can you experts pls suggest what could be the reason, the roles are disappearing and on full sync they are coming back again.

Hi Kumar,

This should not happen...You can try removing fpn and then creating fpn again in the consumer and do the registration again (before deleting fpn object in consumer, do unregister first)
