Hi,
In a planning book i have a total 15 KFs and i want the key user see all the 15 KFs and a some users only 5 Kfs.
How to achieve this. Please share ur ideas
Thanks,
Hi
You can control access to key figures using authorization objects. I believe its C_APO_IOBJ, but you can refer to OSS note 400434 for more details.
Or you can create multiple data views (one with all 15 Key figures and one with only 5) and control who gets access to the data views.

Another way, if you are not too fussy about authorisations for user to see the Key Figures is to use the User Settings for Interactive Planning (/SAPAPO/SDPUSET)
This allows you to amend the look and use of planning views per User, Planning Book, Data View, Selection Profile etc.
So for the users you want to have the 5 KF's only, you set a user specific settings and on the first tab hide the 10 KF's you do not want to see. If you assign the same settings to all users for your data view then they will only see 5 KF's when they enter the view.
