hii

while creating custom infotye structure for status field in the domain level i maintaind 3 fixed values as follows

value description

01 Notapplicable

02 Unsatisfactory

03 Need improvement

when i execute the tcode PA30 and entering the values for status its taking 01 02 03 like that but i need their description istead of 01 02 03 can any one help me to solve this

easiest way to do it is to change attribute of your field (in dynrpo) to make it a drop-down list

Yes. The easiet way to do this is make the field as list box ( LIt box with key if want to see the key too) in Layout editor in SE51.
