Index creation failed: the Information Space data was partially loaded

Dear All,

I am designing one BOBJ Explorer space, where user can play with data.

This based on "BW Query" as back-end.

During Indexing Creation, I am getting below error message.

PolestarIndexing, generated the following messages:

Index creation failed: the Information Space data was partially loaded.

I have checked universe parameter (File -> Parameter ) and "UN-TICKED" both option (Limit Fetch rows & Limit Execution Time).

I have tried one thing in Admin Guide: Increase memory size of explorer (<Installaiton Drive>/polester12.0) through "PoleIndx" configuration file in one parameter "XMX1G" (Default) to "XMX2G (As user). After that Restart "Polestar Indexing Server'.

After changing the size, when I try to start "Polestar Index" server, it is not getting started, it's shows me with "starting" status only. I waited for 1 day but not get solved.

Does anyone have idea to solved this ?

Thanks Arkadiy, un-check universe parameter Limit Fetch rows and Limit Execution Time, work for me.

Hello Rishit,

Can you only uncheck universe parameters: option Limit Fetch rows & Limit Execution Time? And do not increase memory size of explorer.

This solution was useful for me.
