Hello,
Our client is facing the following problem after upgrading to SAP 8.81:
Initial login to SAP Business One causes the application to shutdown. After subsequent logins, then the application behaves as expected. Each time, a error message is diplayed: "SAP Business One has encountered a problem and has to close" and a dump file is generated. I tried the solutions proposed in the Performance Landing Page in the service markertplace. However, the error message is still showing up.
Has anyone experienced this problem before? Any help? Thank you.

I was just wondering If SAP has resolved your issue with the application shutting down unexpectedly.
Many of my customers have been getting the same problem.
From what i know SAP is current working on the Issue.

What is your PL?
You may disable all add-on to try log-in. If nothing works, log a message to SAP support.

If you tried all possible proposed solutions listed in the Performance Landing Page and still it is no t working, Log a message on SAP support.
