Application shutdown


Our client is facing the following problem after upgrading to SAP 8.81:

Initial login to SAP Business One causes the application to shutdown. After subsequent logins, then the application behaves as expected. Each time, a error message is diplayed: "SAP Business One has encountered a problem and has to close" and a dump file is generated. I tried the solutions proposed in the Performance Landing Page in the service markertplace. However, the error message is still showing up.

Has anyone experienced this problem before? Any help? Thank you.
