Dear All,

I am stuck in between the migration process of ECC 6.0 EHP5 from Oracle 10.2.0.2 to MS SQL 2008.

Stuck at the ABAP import phase and asking for migration key...

" (VK) ERROR: invalid migration key"

Tried the Migration key provided in SAP Notes 970518 <REMOVED_BY_MODERATOR> Also generated the migration key from SAP market place.. still no success.

Checked the test_MIGKEY.log. Contents are below:

Very strabge error : I am using WIndows OS and the R3load gives this error :- "DB2 z/OS: R3load does not recognize dbs_db2_sap_stosid (note 1583483)". The note says to use the patch 88 of R3load.

I have latest R3load version available on the market place for MS SQL.

R3load -v output is below:

Hi Markus,

I tried by generating new Migration key from Service market place also... But no luck.

Don't know about the errors in R3trans and R3load.. Is that an issue??

Thanks,

Sagar

This will not work. You have to use migration key from the note mentioned above. latest R3load still cannot handle digital license keys.

Thanks

Interesting.

I just did two system copies last week using just digitally signed licenses and a generated migration key.

I also performed migration of ECC 6.0 from solaris to window there migration key from SMP did not work and the key in the note mentioned above worked fine.

Thanks

Hi

Even last time when I did DB migration from Oracle to MS SQL initially I used the key from the above note and after completion

I have applied the digital license of it.

Thanks

Newer R3load version are able to handle digitally signed licenses, you have to generate your own key on

http://service.sap.com/migrationkey

Hi,

You are right. You can get right migration key from SAP Note 1120872 - Hom. or Het.System Copy SAP NetWeaver 7.0 SR3

Thanks
