Web intelligence reports not opening on Business Objects XI R3 3.1

I have installed BO XI R3 3.1 on my server.I have migrated my Webi reports from BO XI R2 to XI R3.

I am able to view the report list in Infoview but when I click on the Reports,I am getting error saying "No Valid Licence Found".

Please help me.....

Hi,

Try Dave workflow first, it should solves the issue.

If not, then try reading this KBase 1416344

Resolution (from KBase 1416344)

- Take the backup of keydecoder.dll from "<Installation Directory>\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86" and delete it.

- Copy keydecoder.dll from keycodez.cab file from installation CD or from the working environment of same patch.

- Paste copied keydecoder.dll to the path mentioned in step 1.

- Restart Server Intelligence Agent (SIA).

Hi,

Within the CMC, can you verify that you have a license key entered? If so, can you verify that you have a certain number of WebI seats to use?
