Ok. So basically what process you see Signal11? Have you checked on SM50 ? If it is coming on Update process then check the note 1396659. I would suggest to see the Kernel Patch 137. There is a info section available which describe what all bugs fixes on that patch,check on that you can find your problem over there then you have to update to 137.
