Hi Royal,
How are you trying to enter the Infopackage through Process chain. Are you
1. just double clicking on the IP in the existing chain or
2. you are creating a new chain & you want to add the IP step in that.
If yours is case 1, then just cross check whether that IP exists in RSA1 trans or not. It is possible tat someone has deleted that.
If yours is case 2, then you can follow according to Sarika's post. Got RSA1 trans --> Just copy the IP tech name --> Come to you PC in RSPC trans --> Drag the IP step --> now press F4 --> Search for the IP tech name using find option. Once u find it, just transfer it.
Hope it helps!

Hi,
When you select the process type "Execute Infopackage" and drag it to the main panel, it requires the input field.
Here, instead of selecting the "Create" icon, select the F4 help in the input field. Now, you will get a list of available infopackages in the system or it will take you to RSA1 to select the infopackage. Come back to the RSPC screen, select the infopackage in the "FIND" screen(F4 help screen). Now say OK. The process type "Ececute Infopackage" will be available in the process chain now. You need to link it now.
Hope this helps.

Sarika

Hi,
It seems the Infopackage is either not properly created or inactive. Try creating a new Infopackage and insert it in PC. If still a problem then try inserting a different existing Info Package in Process Chain. Make sure you are not creating a new infopackage by mistake, while trying to insert an existing one in the process chain.

Raj
