Greetings of the day.

Our GRPO entry form and PLD needs PO No. and Date.

in PLD, while connecting to database, it does not show the table for PO or does not show 'DOCNUM'

So, have create two UDF fields in GRPO for the above and would like to relate the same to FMS.

could anyone help me with a query.

thanks and regards.

Vijay Patil.

HI

No need to create UDF for that.

Just follow the below steps:

You open the layout of 'GRPO' and create two database field there...

One for 'PO number' and another for 'POsting Date'

now, select the 'PO number' database field and under the contents tab, Hold 'ALT' and click the tablearrow..

So it will display all the table, then you select the OPOR and select document number as field...

do the same for date also...

after saving the layout,If u see the layout preview,it will show PO number and Date

Greetings of the day.

We did try the way you had explained, Mr. Kambadasan

Selecting any GRPO, the PO number is appearing as 1.

After doing the same, the no of pages in print preview is either 10 page or 32 pages or 36 pages.

thanks and regards.

HI

you mean the 'PO number' is not changing according to the target document 'GRPO'?

Greetings of the day.

Yes sir, the PO number is not changing as per the GRPO.

Once the GRPO is copied from PO, in the remarks column, it say, this GRPO is based of PO no xxxx.

The PLD is showing only as PO No. 1 and the number of pages are more than one.

thanks and regards.

Hi Junior!!!

Try this

1. Create a database field (F_123) in repetitive area with table - PDN1 and column - BaseEntry

2. Create another database field with table - OPOR and column - DocNum

In relate to field, choose the BaseEntry (F_123) field

3. Create another database field with table - OPOR and column - DocDate

In relate to field, choose the BaseEntry (F_123) field
