How to subscribe a summary of a folder

Hi experts,

i need to subscribe a folder in KM Content by weeks. Currently, the email send is by files modification and it cause my mailbox is full with email from notificator. What i need is only the summary of the week. How can it be possible? Please guide.

Change the frequency to weekly.

Hi Nanie,

While subscribing for folder in frequency you can select Weekly instead of "On every event", this will send you mails weekly summarized information for your folder activity.
