Condition record validity

Hello experts,

Request your clarification for the below issue

I have created condition records for k004 for a particular material xxx. I added this material to an existing sales order by modifying it. But, the condition type is not taking affect, i checked analysis. But, when i created a new sales order with the same material condition type is taking affect.

Can any one please let me know if it any error in my configuration is it standard SAP behaviour.

I added this material to an existing sales order

Ensure that the pricing date of this sale order matches K004 condition record.

Hi,

As you said it worked fine with, when you created a new sales order.

I suggest - try to modify the earlier existing sales order and add the matrial and check for the conditon type K004.

See if system is taking it or not. I think the conditon will take effect.

And if does not then try with some other existing order, and even if its not working then a deeper analysis is required.

Many times its been seen that after maintaing records,etc system take some time to process. So it may have happened....

Check and let us know.
