We need to create a catalog of custom items to be used with SRM. Can we use the Product Catalog in CRM? Has anyone done this?
As per the last response, there should not be any reason why not, but if in doubt, the CRM application area CRM-MD-PCT deals with Product Catalog Integration and a message to them or a thread in the CRM forums would probably give you 100% assurance.

Hi.
Catalog is OCI complaint. So if the CRM system is capable of receiving an OCI data and interprets it, then it is possible to use the MDM Catalog in CRM system. So you have to check if the receiving system is capable of getting the OCI data.
