Unable to delete a material component from project

Hi Guru's

I have a problem in deleting a material component from a project through CN22.

I get a a Error message saying

Component XXXXXX item 0010 cannot be deleted (see long text)

Diagnosis

The selected component (material XXXXXX, item 0010) cannot be deleted.

System Response

You are trying to delete an item, for which either

an incorrect goods movement or

an open predefined process

exists. The system will therefore not allow you to delete this item. The selection for the component is accordingly reset in the component overview again.

Procedure

To delete this item in the order, you must first post the open predefined process in transaction CO1P, or post subsequently or delete the incorrect goods movement in transaction COGI.

In COGI i have the error that the material stock does not exist which is true.

I suspected that the Confirmation of network order in CN25 was triggering the auto GI movement type 281Q for which it was giving an error in COGI.

But the problem is no network confirmation exists in CN28.

I tried CN30 for some failed confirmations but did not find any records for the failed confirmation.

No Production orders exist for the network or WBS

Pls guide me on any possible reasons other than these where a Auto GI is posted or movement 281 Q is posted for a Network order.????
