Issues with APD after EHP1 SP08

I have a scenario where I am loading DSO using a BEX query in APD. This is working fine in Production.

In development I have made some changes in the Source and Target feilds in the ABAP routine of this APD, I don't see any issues there but when I am mapping my newly changed field to the target field in the DSO Transformations its not taking that field, not only this field I have tried re creating the whole thing but its not accepting any mapping besides the DSO key fields.

We just did a upgrade to our BW development system to EHP1 SP08, but our Production box is lower version.

I could not find any note specific to this APD Issue, please share your thoughts if you any of guys experienced similar issue?

This is not a upgrade issue, infoobjects were not defined correctly between Source and target structures. I have corrected them and the issue got resolved.
