Transporting modified Tasks. How to handle roles in PRD

Hi All,

I have a question. I have a task in development and in development its generally 'general' task. but in prd server its usually general forwarding allowed and this lets you attach roles to the tasks.

My question here is, if i modify a task in development and now in development it doesnt have any roles assigned to it and its a general task. The moment i save the task a transport request gets generated just like ususal abap code. Now when I transport this task, does it go to prd server as a general task or a 'general forwading allowed'?

Will it overwrite all the existing roles attached to the task to 'blank', and I will have to add roles all over again. Or it will not affect the roles at all.

And when it reaches prduction server will it be a 'general' oir 'general forwarding allowed'?

solved on my own. I guee old roles are not overwritten. And even if it does there are just 3 roles and i will ad it again.
